Taij Kumarie Moteelall (she/her), Wellness & Sustainability Partner & Cambium Council Member, is a visionary artist, cultural worker, healer, and coach born in Guyana and raised in the U.S. As principal of Media Sutra, she merges transformative storytelling with healing justice and resource mobilization to foster future-making, well-being and community wealth-building. Taij channels her heritage and experiences as a woman of color, immigrant, and survivor through her creativity– spanning poetry, theater, and TV/film. Founder of Standing in Our Power, she has curated healing retreats for women and gender-expansive people of color. She is a former Executive Director of Resource Generation where she supported young people with wealth to redistribute land, wealth and power. Taij is a core team member of Securing the Roots and serves on the board of WRAP (Wealth Reclamation Academy of practitioners. Her FAB (Fearless | Abundant | Bold) coaching methodology supports BIPOC entrepreneurs to thrive creatively and economically, aligning with WILDSEED’s values of radical imagination and liberatory economics.

Taij cherishes WILDSEED as a sanctuary where the wisdom of soil and story converge, where the healing balm of relationships flourishes, and where the potent force of enacting our liberated futures unfolds in the now. She feels that the land prayed for us, and we prayed for this place to be wild and free.
