Operations Co-Director

Natasha Strickland (she/her), Operations Co-Director at WILDSEED, is a child of nature, dedicated to growing nourishing food, creating natural medicines, and healing the soil. With 16+ years holding space for restorative justice, 10+ years farming, 5+ years making holistic medicine, she embodies the remedies we need for environmental and food justice. At the helm of Ancestral Moon Farm, Natasha leads initiatives on ecological farming, engaging BIPOC youth in understanding land stewardship. Ancestral Moon also crafts accessible nature-based medicine, aiming to bring healing directly to underserved communities. She guides the next generation in growing produce from seed to harvest and understanding the critical role of soil health through composting and remediation practices. Natasha enhances our community’s ecological reverence and communal health. She believes in the transformative power of nature and the importance of securing land access for BIPOC communities, ultimately aiming to cultivate unity and strength.

At WILDSEED, Natasha loves how magical the land is, providing a safe haven for so many to be centered, grounded, seen and cared for. It’s an honor for her to be part of an organization dedicated to changing narratives.
